What's the difference between post acne marks and acne scars?

Sotry-

I had a zit, picked it and peeled it. Now theres a mark.

What would it be?

Acne Mark

or Scar? What's the difference between post acne marks and acne scars?
If it's just a flat, reddish spot, it's a mark and will fade in 6 to 9 months. It's only a true scar if it's an indentation in your skin. True scars can only be removed by cosmetic laser or dermabrasion treatment, but don't worry--what you have is probably just a temporary mark.

From now on, try not to pick at zits, tempting as it can sometimes be. However, not all acne scars are formed by picking--sometimes they occur naturally without you doing anything. But at the end of the day, you're better off just leaving it alone and eventually it'll go away. :)What's the difference between post acne marks and acne scars?
no difference, pretty much the same thing..it's a scar...and it'll fade away.. but don't keep picking your zits because you could keep scaring yourself and some of them might not go away...most of the time when people refer to acne scars it's like deep pit scars..an acne mark would be a scar that's just some discoloration i guess.
