Acne Scars?

I have a few acne scars and my skin is pretty red, i just got rid of my acne, i was on acutane and it worked really well. Now my scars are really bothering me, I am not sure what to use to help them fade. I have heard of putting vitamen e on, i have also heard of mederma and scar zone, i was wondering which would work the best/fastest.Acne Scars?
I don' t know if you want to start another medication, but my dermatologist gave me a cream to put on my skin at night (after washing my face) and I practically have NO more scars, my skin looks amazing.
