Acne scars!?

Got rid of the acne...but ive been left with red dots were its been :'( any treatments, oils ANYTHING :S or will time do its thing and they will fade :S thanks so much :DAcne scars!?
My girlfriend has had great success treating scars with a derma roller. It also works for hyper pigmentation.
