Acne scars...?

i have terrible acne scars that i just cant get rid of....does anybody no how to get rid of them quickly without having them lasered off? they are so bad that i cant even stand to look in the mirror without makeup...they also prevent me from going swimming cuz i dont want people to see how bad they are...please help!!!Acne scars...?
You can try using Vitamin E oil (buy the pure stuff in the bottle or use the capsuls). It takes awhile to work, but you can see them lighten alot after 3 months or so. I got mine from walgreens in a bottle .. nothing added like aloe vera just PURE vit. e. If you use the capsules just prick it open and apply the oil to your face. Leave it on overnight.





You can also try Mederma. Its about 30$ and is supposed to work wonders. I think your supposed to massage it onto scars 2-3 times a day. http://www.mederma.com





Or go to a dermatologist. He/she can prescribe you a skin lightening/bleaching cream that will get rid of your scars .. without the pain of micro and peels.

Also drink lots of water!
