Acne scars?

i have acne scars that are severe... i was wondering what the best method is to fade them... any creams or routines?

also what is the best way to prevent acne?Acne scars?
laser treatment works well for acne scars.... as for preventing, skip the dairy, its' enzymes actually promote acne. My son uses acnezine and it is the onnly thing that has helped his SEVERE acne.

The lionk below has great info on acne care and treatment.Acne scars?
Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Acne Mark Fading Peel

At bedtime use it as a spot treatment for acne scars and sleep with it on your face!

Also, Beta-Carotene Vitamins and Vitamin C are great for the skin, I take them everyday.

Also, drink lots of water, NO SODA or carbonated drinks!
I'm 42 yrs old, and I've had moderate acne for about 10 yrs now. I've used all the creams to dry up the acne, and found, that I'm aging faster, (wrinkles, skin discoloration, etc), until one day I read on the internet, that its good to spot treatment , and with very little saylic acid, but to apply a oil free moisurizer, and at times, I've used vitamen E oil, (just a dab over nite). Please don't scrub your face a hundred times a day, because you will look older then you should. 2-3 times a day is sufficient, and a good moisurizer.
Not to eat oily foods. Dont wash your face with soap, use face wash you buy from chemist. Dont use make up, you might be allergic to chemical present in make ups. Careful not to kiss someone with facial hair, that could aggrevate acne.
use retin-A micro (a prescription) It dries out your skin at first but after a couple of months your skin looks great. Talk to a dermatologist and follow the directions! Overuse is not good and you cannot use it if pregnant or plan on becoming pregnant.
The juice of basil or tulsi leaves heals the skin and acne scars. More home remedies available at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html
