What's the best way to get rid of acne scars?

try this steps:





1. Leave your pimples alone. Do not pop a pimple or scratch it, this will cause the scars. Instead, leave them alone, and you will reduce scarring to your face.





2. Keep your face clean. Wash your face with a facewash twice a day and apply moisturizer.





3. At night, with warm water, wash your face with a facewash or scrub, then splash with cold water to close your pores.





4.Pour a small amount of tissue oil (try using one with natural ingredients in it) on a piece of cotton wool. (You can also put the tissue oil on your hands, but make sure they are clean.)





5. Apply the tissue oil to your face, applying it equally to each part of your face.Massage it in for 5 minutes, and then leave it until you go to bed.





6. Before getting into bed, take a tissue, and dab your face to remove the oil.

Bio oil did not work for me unfortunately.





try a chemical peel, but only at a dermatologists and not a beautitians.





the one used by the derm is much stronger, at the beautitians u will pay a lot but probably not get good results.





a strong vitamin A cream probably wouldnt clear them completely if they are bad scars.

Try bio-oil it is brilliant for any scars and also evens you skin tone. Its about 拢8 a small bottle but it does last for ages. I haven't found anything that is anywhere near as good as bio-oil. I use it for my operation scars on my legs and its great i cant go with out it. I hope this helps you in some :)
I tried bio oil, it just caused me more breakouts.


Chemical peel worked, make sure you know what you are doing though.
Dermatologist is the best way for any skin problem. But if you can't go to one, then i suggest using Vitamin E oil or Olive oil. They're really good for the skin and they really reduce the visibility of the scars. You'll see the difference within a week or so. Good luck!!
I wouldnt suggest using bio oil on your face because as the name of it indicates, it is an oil based lotion. Which means it will clog pores and create more spots.





Like any facial treatments, lotions and make up, make sure it is oil-free!!
I'm not a doctor, but I used vitamin A (retinol) peelings which are quite good and available in department sores, like the Roc brand to even out my skin and keep it flawless (the Clinique 3 step treatment is good too).

Also, Strivectin SD. Its quite expensive but you can get it from a reputable seller on ebay.
