i just went to a spa party and the person that sells beauticontrol says that if you use microderm abrasion a couple times a month over time it will help to diminish your acne scars.
Depending on your age there are things you can do but they can be pricey. You could go to a Dermatologist and get chemical peels to remove them but that can be painfull, got to a Spa see a skin care therapist and start getting facials to soften the look of your scars and get a great mineral makeup line such as Sorme that covers. Home skin care maintance is important as well. Thats the key.
If you鈥檙e looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne鈥?prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.





For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it鈥檚 advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

nothing. picking at acne can leave a permanent scar.
I had combination treatment of laser genesis and microdermabrasion couple times. They worked for me. These were recommanded by my family doctor and dermalogist. Be sure your acne is gone before acne before you start the treatment.
just clean you face really well, and go away from greasy foods. cause that can help it to go away. wash your hands normally, and your hair.

You can go to a dermatologist and they may do a microdrem on you to help with the scars i hear it really works. good luck!

i use pro-active and it really works for acne and its scars.
Also the liquid in a vitamin e capsule. Just prick it with a sterile needle and squeeze a little out, massage onto the scar. It will break down and soften the skin even under the scar. Do this every night before bed. It is not immediate, but it does work. I had an awful scar on my knee and it is all but gone! The scar tissue eventually dissolves.
Chemical peels and laser...Visit a dermalotogist.


Also remember to apply sunblock daily to prevent the scars from darkening. SunBlock is very important.


Maybe you can try a few drops of Lemon Juice,it has bleaching properties.
I'm currently undergoing treatment to get rid of acne scars. It'll take a while. I've done a course of glycolic acid peel treatments which help quite a lot, and am going for microdermabrasion to completely get rid of them. It's been going well, I would recommend it to everyone.

Loreal acne scar solution kit... it comes with a wash, peel, and moisturizer. It takes about 3 months, but you REALLY see results. I love it... It costs about $25.00, but its very very worth it.

Try ambi cream. It will even out skin tones so that you don't see the scars
