I totally agree with andrea, cemical peel should work. You can do a home chemical peel, just google home chemical peel and see which product looks good to you or you might think will work. check out this website:

just use makeup. or you might have to a lotion, or cream.
try bio oil from any chemist use at least once daily
do u have a pic so i can see how bad it is? it might be minor craters or full blown moon craters! them r some ugly ones!
