i just bought some vitamim e oil and i just wanted to know whether it would work better or if it would work at all cause i heard someone say it helps get rid of acne scarsWhich are better vitamin e oil or vitamin e caplets or are the both the same to treat acne scars?

Best to get the oil instead of caplets that are made to be ingested.
