Well, if you wanted even skin tone, smaller pores and scar-free skin, some medications will work, like Retin A. Retin A will induce micro-peeling of the skin, thus lightening dark spots and evens out scar areas. However, a faster but more expensive way to get rid of those acne scars would be dermabrasion (or popularly called ';diamond peel';). You may have to do to a dermatologist for diamond peeling, but it all be worth it.
I heard that Bio oil is good for scars. You can find it at a pharmacy
